I have worked with Express for more than 8 years both as a customer but also have had contact as they service many of our major customers. Drivers and management are professional , motivated and one of the nicest cleanest fleets I have seen. I have seen a lot of trucks! I work for a major company that utilizes thousands of towing and transportation operators around the country, Express in is the top 1%. For those folks for complain about damage, I am sure it happens in this business. I am also sure that many people claim damage when it is convenient to put it on a transportation company.
