Review Description

Nicole at EAM lied about pick-up delay due to truck having problems, lied about communication with me, failed to communicate properly...i had to call 4 hours later after not hearing from her, and only then did she arrange for a back-up truck to pick up my car, she blamed her driver for issues, would not honor contract, and her father the driver lied about wheareabouts and damage done to the car...don't use this people, untrustworthy, unprofessional.
