Michael Arita review for Evergreen Auto Transport

Review Description

This may sound harsh and is my first time entering a review only because of how unfair this company is. I shipped 2 cars from Hawaii to Texas with M2Reeves and these monkeys bought their phone numbers. The Evergreen boss is dishonest. I am now moving to Seattle and talked to Lorri who quoted me $1580 for both cars. When I opened her email, I found the total was $1630 - $50 more! When I talked to her she said she didn't change it and suspects the boss changed it on her. I says you need to tell the boss not to change your quote and fix this. She says she'll talk to him and get back with me. She never did! Further, they put a reservation in for me; which I did not authorize. It disgusts me when business people are dishonest and don't keep their word. Of course there are many customers out there that try to cheat; I am not one of those people! I warn you all about Evergreen Auto and strongly recommend that you do NOT do business with them !!!!
