after 7 days had gone by with no word, i called them. I was told they couldn't find someone to take my car and I had to change my area. so I agreed to drive 100 miles to the nearest city, even though I payed for door to door service. Latter that day my husband was called and told that we could have our car transported, but it was going to cost more money because they had to talk the driver into taking our car. so with 2 hrs. notice we drove our car, and one to get home with, to the city on friday at 4:oo pm. when we got there we found out evergreen gave him the wrong address. so I called them, I was told that their job was done, and that it was our problem if he wanted more money. sure enough, when the car got there, he wanted more money. And he was early, so no one was there to get the car. Please don't get sucked in to the scam, you'll be sorry.
