Review Description

This has been a nightmare transaction. Missleading information about pick up times. I paid extra to have my car picked up expedited. It took over 1 week to have the car picked up. Then there were so many issues with the pick up truck that it took 1 1/2 weeks to get my car finally delivered from SC to NJ. The truck had motor problems and left my new Mercedes somewhere on a parking lot while his truck was transfered back to SC to get fixed. I was very worried that this was a scam and asked evergreen to provide me with the drivers license and insurance info of the driver. They could not provide this information. After I threatened to call the police as the car was missing I got more answers and my car was finally delivered. They overcharged me by $75 and I am still waiting for the refund. Very unprofessional, bad communication. I would highly recommend that you choose a different company. I will report this to the BBbureau.
