Review Description
First, I had Katie set up the order for two vehicles to be pick up and I paid them in full. I waited and waited for them to find a carrier and the diesel fuel went up higher by then. I got a call from a Brenda I asked were was katie, will she do's not work here anymore. then when they did get a carrier the drive said he could not pick up the cars because they were in a residential area. both girls did not ask me about that. or I would have moved the cars out of the residentail area. so that carrier's driver had to try and bring them out of the residentail area. To make a long story short, the carrier delivered only one car to me. and left the other car down there in Florida. when the car was ready for delivery to me thay were going to charge me more money. so I had to drive down to pick up the car at the carriers parking lot 120 miles one way. No door to door delivery. they said they would not refund my money. .SO WHAT DO I DO NOW??? So I have only one car deliverd and the other is still down in Fla. I paid for two cars to be delivery to me and it did not happen. i think that Evergreen Auto Transport should refund me the money for the one car they did not deliver. I would like to get what i paid for. I have called and called Evergreen but know will call me back. all they do is give me the run around. Please stay away for this transport. they are a rip off.
