Good people work at Estes HOWEVER when u call the customer service phone number u will u be put on HOLD and randomly HUNG UP time and time again. Its incredibly frustrating as you will wait on hold 20 mins and the call just drops. This has happenned several times over the years. More so in 2021. Estes is a very tradititional freight carrier good folks but super old school. The communication just isnt there and the online tracking basically shows nothing for the customer. Sorry its 2022 two stars at best?
