Rena started by telling me that all transporters expect a check/cash upon delivery as a standard in this industry. Then when she secured a carrier, notified me I needed to pay ALL fees up-front and that she would pay the carrier with a com-check. I reluctantly went along. Then the courier cancelled the transaction because they wouldn't accept payment in this manner. The courier is reluctant to ever deal with Enterprise again as she would not return their calls to straighten it out. (likely screens them- the only way I could reach her was from a different phone #) I ended up paying twice and asked her for a refund. She promised it would show up in Paypal before the car arrived....Nothing. I Disputed the charge via Paypal...she initially approved and then pulled the funds out so they couldn't draw the money.
