Review Description
UNBELIEVABLE! I have never received such a level of an unprofessional and unorganized group of individuals in my entire life. For four days I was lied to and lead to believe my vehicle would be picked up. Not only did you lie to me every day regarding the "dispatch" of my vehicle, you stole $200.00 from my credit card for services you never intended to deliver. I spoke to you three times in three days and your exact words were " I have a driver in your area, he'll be there today". I spoke to another individual at your 800 number who told me on Wednesday the driver would be there between 4
