Review Description

Gave 2 stars because our van did arrive the destination. Poor communication, they never proactively communicated with me, I have to call/text when pick up day was approaching only to find out pick up will be late. Late pick up and late delivery, arrived 5 days after estimated date, due to "truck broke down" -- only found out when I reached out the day before original delivery date. I had to text them every day to ask for updates, and my Ipass was charged, no response when asked them about it. They also did not give a heads up about removing the ipass.
