Simple. They promised me my car would be delivered in 3 days. After 3 days I called and it was not picked up. It was not even schedueled to be picked up. I asked them to do something and call back. E Z Auto Are those whom we feel pleasure to work with and really took care of my vehicle well. I had been working with a larger company (waiting over a week) and the car never got picked-up. I switched to E Z Auto movers and the car was picked-up the next day and delivered a day after that!

My friend refered me this company to ship my car from California to New York.I am happy with the service I recived from intial phone call to end.My car arrived safely to destination.The only thing I wasn't too happy was that I thought the pick-up truck driver and the drop-off truck driver would be the same person,but they are different.
