Review Description
This transporter (Mark Dorrion of Dorrion Interstae Transport) provided extremely poor service, and a complete lack of communication. My car was to be picked up on a Monday morning. The seller called and told me Monday night that it had not been picked up. I left several voice mails for Mark to find out the status, and he failed to return my phone calls until Wednesday afternoon when he finally picked up the car.This caused quite a bit of frustration not only for myself but for the seller as he had to rearrange his schedule for 2 days not knowing when the car would actually be picked up, he basically sat at home wondering if the car was going to be picked up at all. When the car was picked up on Wednesday afternoon, Mark told me he would deliver it early Thursday morning. Yet again, Thursday came and went, and no car. I again left a couple of voice mails for Mark that went unreturned until Friday morning. By this time, I was quite upset, and beside myself at the lack of professionalism received by Mark. The car was finally delivered Friday afternoon. I will NEVER utilize Dorrion Intersate transport again. Not only was there a complete lack of communication, but he was quite arrogant the few times we did speak. Had I not paid a deposit prior to pick up, I would have canceled his service immediately that Monday that he didnt pick up the car or call me to let me know when.
