Sure they were cheaper than the others, but you get what you pay for an my entire experience with this company was horrible, so much so that my next email is to the BBB.The company was supposed to pick up my car on a specific date and with that in mind I pulled a favor with a neighbor to take care of it. On the day they were supposed to arrive, no show, no call nothing. I contacted the company the next day and they gave me the "dont worry, we have plenty of time" routine. My car had to be in Texas by a specific date for my new job...Three days before that date the car still hadnt been picked up and when I called Door to Door they acted like it was no big deal. So zero updates from them, zero accountability, etc. When my car was finally picked up I was told that it would still be to Texas on time. That day came...no car, no call, nothing. I had to hunt down the people at Door to Door and they gave me a bunch of [stuff] about how the truck was running late, etc. etc. and I explained that I needed a car and it was promised to be delivered. The response from the owner, "we arent a taxi service....if you arent happy I will call the driver and tell them to bring the car back to Florida." I might possibly expect this from a call center, but from the owner...not so much. When the car finally arrived a day and a half late, the driver couldnt find my place (despite these nifty little gadgets called GPS) and so I had to walk 3 blocks in the cold to meet them. The car was so filthy that I literally couldnt see out of the back or side windows. The drivers, who were very nice by the way, told me that it was cash only, which I was never told, and that the delivery was not late, in fact, it was on time and they showed me the order. So bottom line, door to door not only flat out lied to me, but they threatened to send my car back. I would avoid this company and spend the extra $50 for someone who actually cars about quality and service
