Very bad experience with Direct Connect Auto Transport.
Signed paper with them in Dec. 2021, targeted for pick up on Jan 5, 2022.
They were not able to find a truck until Jan. 27.
No communication and I have to chase them for update. All I got from them was nothing but "we are working on it".

Signed contract to ship car. Kept being told it would get picked up and then they wanted more money. Finally, they said I broke contract and billed my credit card full amount and never got the car shipped even though I kept trying. Total scam artists...run away from them as fast as you can.
