Review Description

Bought a truck in Ft Lauderdale. Supposedly was on the truck Thursday to be delivered to TN on monday and the driver would contact us 1 day before dropoff. By Monday at lunch no call so I called to get an update and was informed that the truck was never loaded due to some faulty hydraulics but that it would be fixed by 2pm and my vehicle would be loaded immediately and delivered by wed or thu. Called thursday and was informed that my delivery had been pushed back to sat or sun. I was never notified of these delays until i initiated contact with them each time. This whole incident seemed to stem from a confrontation my wife had with this John character (owner) during first contact after purchase. Needless to say he was petty and douchy about the whole thing and i strongly suspect that my shipment was delayed purposely. I recommend that you find other means of delivery!
