Review Description
Very bad experience with Direct Connect Auto Transport. Signed paper with them in Dec. 2021, targeted for pick up on Jan 5, 2022. They were not able to find a truck until Jan. 27. No communication and I have to chase them for update. All I got from them was nothing but "we are working on it". When they finally managed to find a truck, I was asked to add $100 to the originally agreed price. Irresponsible and not trustworthy. Stay away!
