Review Description

I was actually called an idiot amongst several other derogatory things from a rep with the name of Christine. The company seems to be disorganized with a lack of procedures or maybe it has employees who do not care about the procedures. I am not sure. I do know the owner Joe who I talked with said the person who originally received my order was let go because she did not do her job right. I found Joe to be professional and able to have a reasonable conversation, but his employees were rude, condescending and literally referred to me in a derogatory manner several times. For this reason, I would NOT recommend Diamond Express.
