I was I could give them negative stars. Let me list the reasons. * All of the change in my glove compartment was missing upon arrival *My key chain was missing, not sure why - they did reimburse my $10 for the key chain, but that is not the point. Why did someone take it? * I paid extra to have my car placed on the top carrier, yet when it arrived it was on the bottom. Then they told me that was only the last leg of the journey - Yeah, right! * My personal papers were rummaged through after I locked the glove compartment * The car arrived filthy after I was told it would be washed right before arrival
