Review Description
Pretty good overall. There were a couple of problems. When I received the estimate, it was based on a terminal near me for pick up. A couple months later when I was ready for pick up, they reported that terminal closed and the nearest one to me was now several hundred miles away instead of 25 increasing the cost by $600-$700. The original pick up was delayed by one day as the towing company had mechanical issues; however, I was contacted in time, rescheduled, and they were there on time for the rescheduled pick up with no issues.
