Review Description

After contracting with DAS to ship my daughters car from Raleigh, NC to Las Vegas, NV, I have to say this was the worst experience of the whole move. The car was picked up on 5/16, the car was to be delivered on or before 6/1, as per Janis. We had to contact them since their website doesn't tell you where the car is, and after a LONG and exhausting conversation with "customer service", I was informed that the car hadn't even been picked up in Georgia until the 5/30!!! and wasn't to be delivered to California until 6/5!! Which in turn they couldn't give me a date for delivery in Nevada. Consequently, we had to pay for a rental car since we had no other transportation!! The car arrived in Nevada on 6/8... my daughter was called with a time and place of pickup. When she arrived after turning in the rental car and having to take a cab to the pick up place, she was told they wouldn't release the car because it wasn't during the times she was given!!! Long story short...she demanded the car, the manager was called and the car was finally released after ALOT of discussion and tears!!! I would NEVER use this company again. EVER!! We will be driving back from Nevada to North Carolina instead! Oh and if they pay for our rental car, I'll be very surprised!!
