Before booking with flat price, I spoke to James who was very polite and patient explaining to the whole transport process with pricing details. While flat price auto shipping was not the least expensive of the quotes I received, they were fairly priced in the middle of the pack. Where they excelled was in their customer service. From the time I spoke with James on the phone, he was able and answer all of my questions, and assured me that the car move was not as complicated as other companies made it seem - in fact it was quite a common route. When it came time to the day of the move, two guys showed as scheduled and consistently communicated to me. My wife and I both own Mercedes and we love our cars. The team was so careful with cars and handled them in a way that made them absolutely impossible to damage. I would definitely hire this team again, and that is something I have never felt from any of my previous moves. I would recommend flat price moving & auto shipping to any of my friends and am incredibly appreciative for such a smooth experience.
