Review Description
Had an Dr appointment today for my 89 year old mother at 2:15 pm with travel time 30 minutes. No show after 10 minutes with expected time of arrival at 1:30pm. Called company and was told he just answers the phone but would check on transport van. At 1:50 we get call back and was told the driver went to final destination instead of our home. Offered to still come but it would take 25 min. Terrible company, unreliable and full of excuses.
