Upon arrival their driver stated my car was overweight without even looking in the trunk and he would need 100 additional in compensation. In spite of the fact the car has only half a tank of gas and is well under the quoted 150 LBS of additional cargo. I refused further payment and he then conceded the cargo did not exceed 150 LBS but suggested that for 50 he would overlook anything that might damage the leather. I also refused this demand or to be part of any further extortion. The driver refused to honor the agreed contract terms and left without my vehicle. I sent an email complaint but no response. I called Crowley the next morning to begin resolving the shipping issue and spoke to both Sara and Phil in dispatch who both notified me that if I were willing to pay more, they could get me car shipped. More bait and switch. Mid week their dispatcher Phil who referred to himself as the VP of Operations booked a company to complete the transport of my vehicle the following weekend. They never contacted me and didnt show up. Two weeks later the vehicle is still not shipped. I demanded a full and complete refund as per their website claim We strive to be the Best, and we even offer a 100 percent Guarantee. Crowley refused to ship my car or to refund my money. BEWARE, they wont honor their quote and will refuse to refund their fee even if they dont perform the service. They offered to refund my money if I gave them a 5 star review, totally dishonest company, I refused, challenged the credit card charge, and prevailed. Note their BBB rating of F
