Review Description
called mike on afternoon Friday I told him I needed a truck picked up on Monday by 5pm to avoid storage charges. he said ok he just needed two days and this was enough time for Monday by 500pm pickup. I called and emailed for 3 days til 5pm Monday when dispatch told me 1. NO DRIVER assigned, 2. No truck assigned, 3. My vehicle was NEVER picked up. So I had to let them cancel for non performance and I had to find a better shipper , NOW I AM paying storage charges as well..
