Review Description

My husband and I used Coast to Coast to ship our Toyota Corolla from upstate New York to Seattle. After seeing very mixed reviews about broker services for car shipping, I decided to go with this company because they use their own trucks and drivers. Everything went smoothly, from start to finish! I was impressed with how close the driver was able to get to our previous and current home on both coasts, and the car was picked up and arrived within the timeline outlined for me. It was also very easy to speak directly with someone at the office to schedule the pickup and ask questions, rather than have to deal with an automated voice system. The car was in great shape upon arrival in Seattle. If we ever have to ship it again, I will definitely use Coast to Coast.
