Review Description
I have used Chips for more than a decade, and been happy. This year, my treatment has been abysmal. After my car did not arrive on schedule in Boston four days after Florida pickup, I called. The dispatcher said, oh your car is stuck in Raleigh. The transmission failed in our carrier two days ago and we are seeking an alternative! No call to me, no information about whether my expensive car was secure, etc. Now 5 days later and 5 days late, still no call with an update from Chips.
