Review Description

Terrible experience last Saturday night after being towed from the Old Port. We got an uber to their impound lot and called the number on the sign. We were told someone would be there in less than 5 minutes. After a half hour we called back as it was very cold outside and no place to get inside. The person on the phone laughed at us along with a lady in the background and said the driver will be there when he gets there and hung up on us.
