Do not us this company. They are unprofessional and lack basic knowledge of the shipping customer service. My car has still not arrived and it is 5 days late! I have had to report my vehicle stolen in order to get any answers from them. They were not able to tell me an estimated day/time of arrival for my vehicle, they were not able to provide basic information such at insurance information of the driver. After much back and forth they provided EXPIRED insurance information! They require that I negotiate pick up and deliver directly from the driver. The driver claims to have been in an accident 5 days ago. The broker knew nothing about it, several days later the broker did not have the police report number, the location of my vehicle, the county or state of the accident, and a estimated time/day or arrival. I am filing a claim with my insurance company and opening an investiation. I plan to report my vehile stole. WARNING-USE AT OWN RISK!
