absolute disgrace, makes foreign companies not trust good US companies and ultimately stops business to the US, lied from start to finish, blamed everyone else, slagged off all other transport firms, took $220 from credit card he now wont refund, cost me $kkss in lost time, had to fly from UK into US to sort myself
