Tina review for Car Transport Express

This company is unreliable, unprofessional and took advantage of us! The driver they put us in contact with was a thug that tried to rip us off and threatened not to return our vehicle. A couple days after the driver picked up our vehicle we get a call saying he wanted an extra $100 dollars??? When we tried to dispute it with your customer service, they basically told us we had to take it up with the driver. The driver then tries to threaten us that if we don't pay him extra that he would keep our vehicle. We told the driver we would gladly pay him extra if he could show us proof of the reason there were extra fees. He would not accept this and tried to keep our vehicle. The customer service agents did nothing to help us. They were so nice when trying to get our business, but once they brokered the deal and put us in contact with a thug for a driver that threatened their customers they would not helps us. This is an unacceptable way of doing business and we want to warn others of this awful practice. The driver's name was Mike and he works for INJ Incorporated CA. Do not be fooled by this company and use them!! We would not recommend them even to our enemies.
