They either never scheduled a driver according to customer service or scheduled one who had inexplicable problems getting to my house according to the rep who signed me up. I had to call and email them repeatedly for several days to try to get them to talk to me. The customer service rep in particular acted like I was being totally unreasonable to want to know what was going on with the arrangements I had made a month in advance. He literally told me to stop calling him even though they still had no idea what was going to happen to my car. It was a horribly stressful experience. Finally to pick up my car during the agreed upon time frame I had to agree to pay more than the contracted price. I cannot believe I agreed to it but I was stuck at that point because I was moving the next day. The car then arrived later then promised. They said the company would refund my card 50 not the full extra amount they charged me but 50 as a courtesy after I paid the delivery fee. Unfortunately the driver could not take a card which I was never told so my husband had to run to the grocery store and get a money order so we did not hold the driver up too badly. Literally everything that could have gone wrong with this company did go wrong with this company. The driver who did NOT work for them they claim they are not a broker but they are was the only good part of the interaction.
