Dave review for CD Auto Transport

so, i contacted these guys on 8/10 to arrange to pickup and deliver my truck from Delaware to Missouri. They had no problem taking my credit card information and setting up the shipment.....however, that was the end of their 'service' towards this job. I had to call THEM 4 times to find out what was going on with my truck and each time it was like 'oh, it should be getting picked up within the next 3 days'....so, 3 weeks later, it FINALLY got picked up, which, i had to call again to confirm if this was going to be the case (i was actually getting ready to book a flight to go to delaware and get it myself). now, heres the kicker, the contracted price was 600, i paid a 150 dollar deposit, when the driver showed up (i had a 20 minute window to go get it-didnt even deliver it to my house, had to drive 5 miles to get it) he tells me i owe him 500 dollars...so, where did the extra 50 come from?...bottom line...unless you want to do all the work yourself and do your own customer service work...DONT use these guys....i cant imagine they will be in business much longer with communication skills like they have...oh, and when they low ball your quote, its just that, a low ball quote to get your business...if you can wait three weeks to get your vehicle....where i come from, thats called bait and switch...DONT USE THEM
