Unprofessional. Secretly charged me twice two years after the fact and I almost missed it. When I contacted Jennifer Patterson, she said things would be taken care of and that I would be issued a refund. One month passed and still no refund. I have been emailing consistently, but it was to no avail. Just some sweet words from Jennifer, but nothing was done. Fraudulent business practices. Also, they request credit card information via e-mail and use a gmail account for "official" communication. This business is a fraud and should be taken down. Beware and steer clear. Also, they do the classic bate and switch. They will advertise a very low price, but increases it significantly when it comes down to it. Trust me and go with another company.
