Review Description

After leaving an accurate review, I was called immediately by Car Shipping Pros and asked to remove negative feedback previously left. They explained that they would return my deposit money if I were to do this. I explained that I would not remove the feedback and that I would contact my credit card company to recover funds. The caller became abusive, upon which I disconnected the call. Today, I find that Car Shipping Pros has used my name and number on every available loading board they can find, creating fictitious jobs and bids. This has been confirmed by the IP address they used: 71.196.48.xxx. I have also discovered that they have used this IP address to request vehicle finance quotes on my behalf. They have also denied that I am a customer to have negative feedback removed from TransportReviews.com. I have now made contact with the DOT, BBB
