Review Description

I had Bulldog Trucking transport a vehicle that got damaged during the transport. I noticed the damage upon delivery. Driver made note on bill of lading. After numerous unanswered emails, finally spoke to the owner James. He claimed that a claim had been put in with his insurance and He would get back to me in a couple of days. 2 weeks later I had to call again. Now he claims the insurance won't pay and he can't reimburse me for another 3 weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT NOT BEING REIMBURSED FOR A DAMAGED VEHICLE! POOR COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOW MY INSURANCE WILL HAVE TO PAY AND I WILL HAVE TO PAY THE DEDUCTIBLE!
