Review Description

This was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had. Not only were they FIVE DAYS LATE to pick up the car, they were a WEEK AND A HALF LATE to drop it off. When they finally arrived in California, the driver, Anna, would not drop the car off to the location indicated on the contract, and instead insisted that I come pick it up at a location that she chose. When I arrived, she was extremely rude, insisted to be paid in cash, and was reluctant to give a receipt. The driver was rude, unprofessional, and lazy. I will never use this company again.
