This was the first time that I had to move a vehicle and the uncertainty of how to proceed and the questions that I had were all addressed by representative of the company. Big Brothers Auto Transport has exceeded my expectations regarding the quality of service and reliability displayed during the shipment of my car from Michigan to California. The actual delivery date, was one day prior to the estimated date once the pick up was made, which was great. My car was picked-up in a timely manner and driver always updated the status of my car.I would definitely use this company for future transport needs.
