Review Description

I arranged for my car to be transported from Michigan to California a month in advance of the move date and provided a 3-day pick-up window I was told would be "perfect." I stipulated that the vehicle must be picked up no later than 7/8/10 as I would be leaving myself on the 9th. Was told this was not a problem. Never got any calls from the company, I am the one who had to call to inquire as to when my vehicle would be picked up. All I got was apologies that no transport truck had yet been found. It was blamed on the holiday weekend. Ok - I could maybe understand that. But I had been guaranteed a pick-up within the window I provided. I was told this was highly unusual. Later I was told $10.00 had been added to the driver offer. Which is no big deal but the price was also "guaranteed." I was told more than once that I would be contacted before the close of the business day with a status, but never was. All contact made was on my end -- and my car is STILL in Michigan today -- 7/12/10. I have had to leave it with a nervous neighbor and meanwhile - will be forced to rent a car until I can get another company to handle this. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. The only thing they are good at is saying they are sorry.
