Review Description

Although the guys who did the actual moving we fine, all my dealings with the company were off. I set up the move and informed them of the date I wanted to move. They told me I had to give them a larger window of time than one day. They told me they would let me know by a certain date what day they would move me. They didn't contact me. When I contacted them, they told me they couldn't do the date I wanted but would move me the next day. I asked if there was any way they could fit me in and they said again they would let me know 48 hours prior, they didn't. Then they showed up the day they told me they couldn't move me. Also, what is with the final payment having to be a postal money order or cash? I was only moving across town so it was into the truck and back out within 3 hours which went well.
