Review Description

I broke down just west of Lynchburg late one night heading toward Roanoke. We called several companies from the side of the road and no one was able to help me because the size of my truck (Dodge Ram 2500, Quad Cab). Got the number for Bee Line and they were very responsive and showed up about 20 minutes after I called them. The driver was professional and seemed to know what he was doing. He let us ride with him to drop the truck off at the shop. He did not want to leave us on the side of 460 after midnight. I had two issues, the first was that no one seemed to be able to recommend a diesel shop to take my truck to that night. I would think that most Tow companies would have at least a suggestion. The second was the cost was rather high for a 6 mile tow, but at 12:30am in the morning, I was just happy to be off the side of 460.
