P.A review for BT Express Auto Transport

Review Description

I would recommend going with someone that has Global tracking on their trucks so you can track them on the internet. Thats the way I will go next time. Pay more but maybe they will have better customer service skills. I was told by BT that someone would contact me over the weekend to let me know the time my car would be here on Monday. No one ever called me from BT Auto Transport. Like I said very bad first impression when I used them. Would not use again. Will shop around next time.
