BJ Interstate is a terrific automobile transporting company. I contacted about eight companies and I to say that BJ was the best for us. We were helping our daughter move to North Carolina (from San Francisco) to attend nursing school. First, there was no hard sell. Beverly, our agent, laid out all the parameters for us. She the process as stress-free as possible. She drew up the paperwork and sent it to us via email. Everything was handled over the internet. It could not have been easier. Second, they got back to us right away - even on the weekend. Third, their customer service was top notch. She arranged for an alternative transporter to haul the car to the east coast when our schedule conflicted with their driver schedule. They were in touch throughout the process and Beverly was very friendly, professional and available for questions. She instructed us on how to prepare the car and she have the company contact us to set up the pickup in San Francisco. The car got to NC in three days, two days before our daughter arrived. She picked it up (just 2 miles from her new apartment) and the car was in great shape. The dispatcher also was great to deal with and likewise very professional and kept in touch with us. In this day and age, when many services cost similar, customer service become the deciding factor for us. If we had to move a car again, we would not hesitate contacting BJ interstate.
