Review Description

well here are the facts. they took wayyyy too long to deliver my vehicle. they dont have the customer support they state (24hr). everyone besides "monique" was incredibly unhelpful and felt like i was burdening them when i wanted information on my vehicle tracking or pick up date. customer service was terrible. said it would take 2 weeks to ship my vehicle and i ended up waiting around a month and a half. either way i dont think i'd use them again. like really c'mon.
