I was promised a family run business with GPS tracking and great customer service. Linda is a great sales person. I paid more than the competition's quote to avoid hassles and to have my car on time. My car was sent to a sub-contractor without GPS tracking. They broke down for a week . The customer service was average Joe in dispatch great, the customer service rep. was rude and abrupt and transferred the calls to Joe. Had to rent a car for my kid to go back to school. they took less than 10% off for being late. I booked on 8/9 the car arrived on 8/5.
