Review Description

1.My car was picked up late by 5 days. 2. I had requested ASN to give pick up date & time atleast 24 hrs in advance but informed just 4 hrs in advance. 3. I was dealing with Walter who was very prompt till I book my car shipping but later I sent atlease 3 emails & made 4 calls but he did not respond. 4. Despatch dept is pathetic, they do not respond to calls or voice mails. 5. ASN charges are heavy, I thought they may be offering good service but its pathetic. 6. Due to there bad sevice I recommanded my 2 friends not to go to ASN. 7. It is unfortunate that there are such bad companies in USA.
