Review Description

My experience with this company was awful. Sam lied to me to get me to sign the contract -- he gave me a 3 day window and GUARANTEED me that the car would be picked up within that time frame. My car was never picked up, dispatch continuously told me that they were looking for a driver, and then finally, someone in dispatch told me that all the drivers were booked for the season and they weren't sure if they could get me someone. I called another company who looked on the listing boards and told me my car wasn't even on the driver request board. They are DISHONEST. I disputed the listing fee with Visa, but cannot get a refund because I signed their contract. Sam lied, DO NOT sign their contract.
