Review Description

This was the first vehicle I ever tried to ship. I filled out the info on uShip, thinking that I would get a reputable company. I got several emails and phone calls from companies wanting to ship my vehicle. After talking to a few companies, I decided to go with Auto Moving Group. They told me that the car would be picked up in 3-4 days and that might even be able to get picked up that day. They told me that they would have NO PROBLEM shipping my car. They did quote me a low price and being a new father and having plenty of bills of my own, I trusted them to do their job and ship my vehicle. So a week goes by and nothing, not even a phone call to let me know of any progress. I call them and offer an extra hundred then I offered to pay the driver 500 on delivery, more than double my original quote. Still nothing. So I start talking to other companies and they tell me that I'm on some board that brokers post your name and info on and that theyre really not even working on trying to get me a driver, just hoping one would pick me up. So I get ahold of Lily and tell her that I dont want to go with her company and that I would like my "DEPOSIT" back. Come to find out that it isn't a deposit, it was a payment for them to find me a driver. So they didnt do anything but put my name on a board for $200. So here I am, out $200 for service I never got and still waiting on my car to be picked up. I'll probably go get myself this weekend. I have tried repeatedly to contact Lily but I still havent heard from her. I wish I had done better research on the company. Turns out they have an F from the BBB. And even on the site only has a star or two. And I think thats just Lily filling out fake reviews to boast up her company. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY UNTIL YOU WANT TO DONATE $200. You have a better chance of wishing your car home.
