Review Description
I booked my car to be transported from Sussex County, DE to Florida. It was picked up on time. We were told that the car would be delivered, Jan. 4. We asked if it could be Jan. 5 and were told no. We first arranged to have it delivered to one family member, but found out that she would not be available so we called and switched the delivery location, which was only about 15 minutes away from the original. On Jan. 4 we had not heard anything and finally got the number of the driver. He said he was likely not be be able to deliver it on the 4th and asked if we could take it on the 5th. This after being told it could not. On the 5th, we heard nothing. We continued to call the driver and got only his voice mail. The company in Seaford was little help. They could not reach the driver and never called us back to let us know what was happening. We finally got the car at 9:15PM on the 5th. The driver had gone to sleep and turned off his cell phone all day. When he arrived, he could not follow his GPS to find our location. He missed the location several times driving buy--even though I was standing outside with a flash light to flag him down. He could not disengage the brake to take the car off the truck despite me telling him several times how to do it. When he rolled the car off the truck, he got half way out leaving the car in drive. This was a total nightmare. We thought the top of the car was scratched, but it turned out, thankfully, that it was fine. We will never, ever use this service again. They do not understand customer service.
