This Company really deserves customers business. I had never used a Moving Company . . . EVER. Suffice to say, having heard the most godawful tales imaginable from friends, I feared everything from cardiac-inducing charges to broken furniture arriving 3 months late and covered with duct tape. I had nothing to fear, however, and Arron and associates took care of me very well. Last year, I had to move2 months ahead of my things, and Arsenal worked with my friend in Athens, whose house I had temporarily stored in, and made sure my things got loaded correctly. The mover, Michael, was one of the most patient and hard-working individuals I have met (he worked alone!), and he did not even make me feel ashamed when it was discovered that half the hardware for my loft bed somehow had not been packed. He assembled my furniture as best as he could, addressed me with total respect, and was worth far more than the tip I could afford. Although one male employee ended up being incredibly rude on the phone (I refused to deal with anyone besides Arron after that point) the prompt and affordable delivery of all of my (duct tape-free) belongings made my interaction with Arsenal pleasant overall.
