Review Description
Apple Transport is completely disingenuous. Our car was guaranteed for delivery at the latest one week after pick-up and once it did not arrive, were told it would be five days later. Twelve days from Florida? No calls, no explanation, no apology, no anything. We volunteered to pick up the car in route as it was needed for a family occasion, but no possibility of that either. Wrecked our week, our daughter's graduation and cost us a fortune to rent a comparable SUV. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY TELL YOU. THEY WILL CLAIM NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING!!!!
